Olympics & Action Sports Division Signs Olivia Weaver, Amanda Sobhy, Sabrina Sobhy, & Marina Stefanoni for Representation

Agency Will Collaborate with US Squash to Position and Elevate the Sport Ahead of LA28 Olympic Debut

Portland, ME – August 19, 2025 – Global sports and entertainment marketing leader Octagon today announced the signing of US Squash Women’s National Team members Olivia Weaver, Amanda Sobhy, Sabrina Sobhy, and Marina Stefanoni for marketing representation.

In addition, Octagon’s Olympics & Action Sports division will collaborate with US Squash, the sport’s national governing body, to raise the profile of the athletes and the sport in the lead-up to the LA28 Summer Games.

Squash, regarded by many as the world’s most intense racquet sport, has experienced significant growth in the U.S. over the last decade. It boasts an all-time high of 1.4 million players domestically and more than 25 million players worldwide. The U.S. Women’s National Team is currently ranked No. 2 in the world and features two athletes ranked in the world’s top-10, individually.

Olivia Weaver, 29: Currently ranked World No. 4 in the Professional Squash Association (PSA), Weaver is one of only two American women to ever reach the world’s top five. She helped lead Team USA to its first-ever World Team Championships final in 2022, capturing silver, and helped the team repeat the feat in 2024. A two-time World Championships semi-finalist in singles (2024 & 2025) and two-time US National Champion (2024 & 2025), Weaver also claimed triple medals at the 2023 Pan Am Games, including gold in singles and team, and silver in doubles. A four-time All-American and four-time All-Ivy selection at Princeton University, she graduated with a degree in Anthropology.

Amanda Sobhy
, 32: A trailblazer for US Squash, Sobhy is a six-time U.S. National Champion and the first American-born woman to break into the top-three in PSA world rankings. Currently ranked World No. 10, she is a two-time triple gold medalist (individual, doubles, team) at the Pan Am Games (2015, 2019) and helped guide Team USA to silver at the World Team Championships in 2022 and 2024. A four-time All-America and
four-time Ivy League Player of the Year at Harvard University, Sobhy compiled a 62-0 record, leading the Crimson to three National College Squash Association (CSA) team titles and four individual CSA titles, graduating with a degree Social Anthropology and a minor in Global Health and Health Policy.

Sabrina Sobhy, 28: Ranked as high as World No. 13, Sobhy has been a member of the U.S. Women’s Squash National Team since 2012 and has competed in five Women’s World Team Championships. She made history as the youngest player ever to win both the U.S. Junior and U.S. Women’s Championships in the same year. A two-time Pan Am Games gold medalist (2019), she helped Team USA secure silver medal at the 2022 World Team Championships. A Harvard graduate with a degree in Psychology, Sobhy led the Crimson to four consecutive National Championships and was named Ivy League Player of the Year as both a freshman and senior.

Marina Stefanoni, 22: A rising star, Stefanoni has already captured 10 PSA titles, including her biggest career win at the 2025 Richmond Open, propelling her to a career-high World No. 25 ranking. She earned silver with Team USA at the 2024 World Team Championships and bronze in singles at the 2023 Pan Am Games. On the junior circuit, she became the youngest-ever U.S. Junior National Champion (U19) at the age of 13 and went on to win a record 23 Junior Championship Tour events. A three-time All-American and three-time All-Ivy honoree at Harvard University, Stefanoni graduated with degrees in Astrophysics and Economics and received the 2024 Betty Richey Award for the top player in college squash.

The sport of squash dates back 200 years and is widely regarded as one of the world’s healthiest sports with a passionate and growing fan base that is health-conscience, community-minded, and brand loyal. Squash’s Olympic debut in LA28 will be held at the Comcast Squash Center at Universal Studios, marking one of the first venue’s in Olympic history with naming rights. Upcoming marquee events hosted in the U.S. include:

  • 2025 Comcast Business U.S. Open – October 19-25 at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia, PA, the world’s largest community squash facility.
  • 2026 Tournament of Champions – January 22-29 at Grand Central Terminal in New York City, the sport’s oldest professional tournament.

Both events offer equal prize money for men and women.
